Should I just delete them?

My thoughts on this matter:
I think that you should have different ways of dealing with inappropiate posts,
depending on the degree of, ’inappropriateness’. Something that you don’t find acceptable, but isn’t terrible you should warn the user and tell them that next time, its deleted.
But if its an atrocity, you should delete it, but be sure to notify that the post was inappropiate. Probably tell that their account will be deleted if they violate again.
I like your service. Keep up the good work!

When I say inappropriate posts, I mean spam. The types of posts which just link to 100 poker/affiliate/porn pages. These kinds of pages usually are not a big deal, because they get knocked off the front page quickly in other blogging services, but a spam post which sits on the front page for a week or two. I don’t think it reflects very well on this blogging service, and it most definitely isn’t encouraging people to register.
